The course will introduce participants to data as well as informed approaches to ministry that build bridges across generations that facilitate sustainable evangelism, with a world view. Themes will include intergenerational ministry from a biblical and theological perspective; developmental and cultural issues in America and Africa that have facilitated the need for an informed intergenerational ministry approach; the rise and proliferation of the prayer ministry in Africa and its decline in the Western church; what strategies have worked to engage the entire faith community cross the generations and what has not.
