This course explores fundamental concepts and practices as they apply to the management and leadership the human resources function within church and other faith-based organizations, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, and compensation of employees as well as special tax and legal issues for clergy and volunteer management issues. Prerequisite: CCA 5000; Principles of Church Administration
